The Unitary Communal Enterprise "Borovka" provides owners of individual private houses in the city of Lepel with plastic containers of 120 liters capacity for the collection of secondary recyclable materials (glass, paper, plastic) and solid municipal waste (SMW) on a gratuitous basis (free of charge!).

How to collect your container?

According to the terms of the container provision agreement, the owner of a household is obliged to preserve the container, use it only for its intended purpose, and KUPP "Borovka", in turn, undertakes to ensure waste removal within the specified deadlines. Along with the containers, city residents will receive a leaflet on separate waste collection.

The conclusion of agreements for the provision of containers is carried out at KUPP "Borovka" at the address: Lepel, Ulyanka St., 26A, office 14. Opening hours: Monday-Friday from 8:00 to 17:00 (break from 13:00 to 14:00).

Containers can be collected daily from 8:00 to 17:00 (break from 13:00 to 14:00) (a passport must be presented).

Delivery by housing and communal services transport is possible upon prior request by phone: 3-49-04.

Owners of households residing on Chuykov St., K. Marx St., Internatsionalnaya St., M. Gorky St., Voykov St., Sovetskaya St., are kindly requested to apply immediately on a priority basis, in order to complete the full provision of streets with containers within the framework of the first stage, which began in 2021.
