Viktor Legan has been appointed Head of the Investigative Committee Department for the Brest Region. The corresponding decree was signed by the President of Belarus, Alexander Lukashenko, on January 8, BELTA was informed by the press service of the Head of State.
The previous head of the department, Dmitry Konoplyanik, was relieved of his duties at the end of December last year and retired due to age, with the right to wear the established uniform and insignia.
