At the beginning of the meeting, the rescuer informed the attendees about the ongoing "Safety Day. Attention Everyone!" campaign in the country, its goals and objectives. He also reminded them of the sound of the "Attention Everyone!" signal and what actions to take upon hearing it.
Next, Dmitry Gushchin provided information on the current fire situation and fatalities resulting from fires across the republic, region, and district. He discussed the main causes of fires and gave specific examples of such emergencies. The rescuer explained to those present the rules for the safe operation of electrical appliances and what to do if an electrical appliance catches fire. During the meeting, the rules for operating stove heating systems were also covered. He reminded attendees of the importance and benefits of installing autonomous fire detectors, their maintenance, and installation rules. The issue of child injuries was also addressed.
Furthermore, the workers were instructed on the rules for using primary firefighting equipment, and the "MChS of Belarus: Help is Nearby" application was demonstrated.
The topic of preparing for and safely conducting spring field work, as well as preventing the burning of dry vegetation, was also discussed.
At the end of the discussions, all attendees were given visual aids, and all questions raised during the meeting were answered.
