In order to monitor the safety of living conditions for citizens and prevent deaths from fires, inspection commissions continue their work in the Lepel district.
As part of the inspection commissions' work, special attention was paid to the most vulnerable categories of citizens: the elderly; single and lonely citizens; persons abusing alcoholic beverages; unemployed citizens; families in socially dangerous situations.
During the events, commission members checked the operability of: gas equipment, autonomous fire alarms, wiring, and stove heating. Assistance was offered to the elderly by the territorial center for social services for the population.
Also, members of the inspection commission once again reminded all homeowners of fire safety rules, rules for using electrical equipment, and usage rules. Each citizen received a leaflet on observing life safety rules.
