Among the winners is Igor Vishnevsky from Lepel. The man has been friends with music all his life and cannot spend a day without his guitar. Even with his comrades during his service, they managed to make a guitar from a cartridge box. "As long as there is a neck and strings, the rest can be made by oneself," believes Igor.
