Lepel resident Andrey Bolotnik awarded the badge "Honorary Worker of Housing and Communal Services"

A ceremony honouring employees of the housing and communal services sector who have achieved outstanding professional success was held in the hall of the Republican Palace of Culture of Trade Unions.

Among those awarded is the head of KUPP "Borovka", Bolotnik Andrey Leonidovich. Our fellow countryman was awarded the Breastplate "Honorary Worker of Housing and Communal Services".

On the eve of the Day of Workers of Consumer Services and Housing and Communal Services, the Minister of Housing and Communal Services, Gennady Alekseevich Trubilo, thanked the awarded employees for their high professionalism and dedication, noting that the work of each of them is the foundation for the comfortable life of millions of Belarusians.

Andrey Leonidovich Bolotnik began his career in the housing and communal services system as a senior master of the boiler and heating networks section in 2008.

– It is important for a leader not only to hold a position but also to put their soul into their work: to care for people, to take responsibility, to sometimes make decisions that will determine the future development of the enterprise and the functioning of the team, to lead their team. A leader, like a ship's captain, not only demands good work results but also creates the conditions for achieving them, – shares Andrey Leonidovich his secrets of success.
