The national project "Team of the Future" is a competition aimed at identifying, developing, and supporting promising leaders with a high level of personal qualities and managerial competencies. The project's objective is to find, develop, and support promising leaders possessing a high level of personal qualities and managerial competencies.

The Youth Parliament under the National Assembly has launched the eighth intake for the "Team of the Future" leadership platform.

Over 150 applications were received for participation in the eighth intake of the leadership platform, but 60 of the most active youth representatives were selected based on their completed questionnaires.

- I am very happy and believe that out of 150 participants, I am one of those who made it onto the leadership platform. It is a powerful tool for developing personal qualities and personal growth, - noted Kristina. "Team of the Future" is a unique project, with no analogues in Belarus.
