According to the Rules of Fishery Management and Fishing, it is prohibited:

Parking of motor vehicles within the boundaries of coastal strips of water bodies up to 30 meters from the shoreline of the water body, with the exception of motor vehicles of fishery control bodies, the security system of the Republic of Belarus, navigation safety, republican unitary enterprises of inland waterways, lessees (users) of fishing grounds and other legal entities, provided they have documents confirming the legality of their presence in fishing grounds for the performance of their assigned tasks and functions, as well as specially designated parking areas established in the prescribed manner.

Washing of vehicles and other technical means within the water protection zones of water bodies.

For this violation, liability is provided for in accordance with Part 3 of Article 15.35 of the Code of Administrative Offences of the Republic of Belarus. Violation of these requirements entails a fine of up to 20 base units.
