Lepel agrarians have actively started harvesting winter rapeseed. In one of the fields of OJSC "Lepelagroservice", we observe combine harvesters moving one after another across the rapeseed field.

The combine harvesters are operated by responsible and task-aware machine operators from the subsidiary agricultural unit of OJSC Minsk Gear Plant "Karaevichi", as well as a serviceman and a veteran of labour who is retired.

As the workers note, during the busy season, they are always ready to lend a hand. After all, the main thing is that the harvest from the fields is gathered on time.

Maximum comfort conditions have been created for the participants of the harvest. Food is organised for them directly in the fields. Temperature and drinking regimes are observed to maintain high labour productivity.

Every minute counts in the work of machine operators. It is important that the weather does not let them down, because people and equipment are ready for the harvest.
