The topic of sanatorium-resort treatment was continued by the head of the district, Mikhail Kiselevich. The chairman of the district executive committee noted that the Lepel region has excelled in this area, as such facilities as the Berezinsky Biosphere Reserve, the Lepel Military Sanatorium, the "Zhemchuzhina" center, and the "LODE" boarding house operate successfully in the district.
