The public discussion was held in accordance with the requirements of the Regulation on the Procedure for Conducting Public Discussions in the Field of Architectural, Urban Planning and Construction Activities, approved by the Resolution of the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of 01.06.2016 No. 687, in the form of informing individuals and legal entities and analysing public opinion.

The public discussion was held from 24 September to 18 October 2021 inclusive.
Information on the conduct of the public discussion of the urban development project was published:
in the district newspaper "Lepelski Krai" No. 73 (11942) on 14 September 2021;
on the official website of the Lepel District Executive Committee lepel.vitebsk-region.gov.by in the section "Public Discussions" (13.09.2021).
The project exhibition was held from 24 September to 8 October 2021 inclusive, daily (except Saturdays and Sundays) from 800 to 1700 in the building of the Borovskoye Rural Executive Committee at the address: Vitebsk Region, Lepel District, Borovskoye s/s, d. Borovka, d. 13A. The exhibition materials included: a graphic part (scheme of the general plan of the settlement of Borovka and a detailed planning map of the southeastern part of the settlement of Borovka) and textual materials (explanatory note to the urban development project).
The project presentation was held on 27 September 2021 in the building of the Borovskoye Centre of Culture and Leisure at the address: Vitebsk Region, Lepel District, Borovskoye s/s, d. Borovka.
During the public discussion of the urban development project, two comments and proposals were received, which were sent for consideration to the Regional Architectural and Urban Planning Council of the Vitebsk Regional Executive Committee (hereinafter referred to as the Council).
