A check is being conducted by the Lepel District Department of the Investigative Committee into the fact of a road traffic accident.

During the inspection, it was established that on April 28 of the current year, at approximately 8:40 PM, a minor driver K., not possessing a driving license, operating an "ALPHA" moped without a registration plate, failed to yield the right of way when exiting a secondary road in the village of Starye Volosovichi, Lepel district, and collided with a "Ural" motorcycle, also without a registration plate, driven by M., which was travelling on the main road H-2858 Novye Volosovichi - Starye Volosovichi.

As a result of the road traffic accident, drivers K. and M. sustained severe bodily injuries.
