We remind you that failure to comply with the rules for harvesting birch sap entails administrative liability. Individuals may be fined up to 15 base units, individual entrepreneurs up to 50 base units, and legal entities up to 150 base units (in accordance with Article 16.16 of the Code of Administrative Offences).
