The schedule of government officials includes visits to educational institutions in the Lepel district. One of the stops on the route is the Agrarian and Technical College. The President's Aide familiarised himself in detail with the college's operations, visiting its facilities: the dormitory, canteen, sports hall, classrooms, production workshops, and the adjacent territory. The President's Aide was primarily interested in how well the college graduates would be prepared to perform the tasks assigned to them in their first jobs. This directly depends on the quality of practical training in preparing future agricultural specialists.
The President's Aide's schedule also included a visit to a kindergarten under construction. Vladimir Iosifovich inspected the progress of the finishing works at the facility and spoke on-site with the head of the district, Mikhail Kiselevich, and other specialists. The work is currently focused mainly indoors. Canopies for outdoor play are already installed, and children's swings and other outdoor equipment, as well as small architectural forms, will soon appear. Finishing works are underway inside the building.
The work of agricultural producers in the Lepel district also did not go unnoticed by the President's Aide. Vladimir Yurgievich, together with the chairman of the district executive committee, visited the agricultural production cooperative "Prozhektor-agro". The main focus was on the enterprise's preparation for the spring field campaign. Vladimir Yurgievich's primary concerns included the serviceability of the machinery, which by this time should practically be ready for deployment. He also inquired about technical inspections, the availability of fuel and fertiliser stocks, and touched upon staffing issues.
The President's Aide also visited the "Sloboda" dairy complex.
