The institution comprises the Lepel District House of Culture and 12 rural club establishments. A staff of 80 people works at the Lepel District House of Culture and its branches. The team of the House of Culture is headed by Elena Semenovna Azaronok.
The artists take an active part in city and district events, acting as organisers and participants of numerous concerts and theatrical performances, show programmes and plays, themed evenings and competitions, both in the city and in the rural settlements of the district.
Furthermore, all conditions are created within the cultural establishments for the organisation and development of artistic creativity. To this end, 46 children's and 51 adult club formations operate here, with over 1200 people participating. 14 collectives hold the title of "People's" and "Exemplary".
The collectives and staff of the Lepel District House of Culture are laureates of district, regional, and national competitions and festivals.
