Following the results of the III Open Regional Festival-Competition of Vytsinanka "Openwork Dreams" within the framework of the XXXlV International Festival of Arts "Slavianski Bazaar in Vitebsk", Galina Zhuravlyova, a participant of the Honoured Amateur Collective of the Republic of Belarus, the Folk Studio of Masters of Folk Arts and Crafts "Skarbonka" of the State Cultural Institution "Lepel Center of Crafts", received a diploma for 2nd place in the "Gift Postcards" nomination.
