Where to go for a summer holiday?

To the lake, of course. In hot summer weather, many people relax by the water. A pleasant holiday is when the shore and the water are pleasingly clean.

However, there are people who, while relaxing, only think of themselves and do not care about who will be relaxing after them and how.

The violations are varied, but at the same time very similar: arriving and parking a car on the shore near the water, leaving rubbish behind (bags, bottles, etc.), and some individuals even wash their cars after they have had a swim.

When such offenders encounter inspectors, the excuse is usually the same – "We didn't know." However, ignorance of the law does not exempt the offender from responsibility, and administrative responsibility is provided for all the listed violations.

For parking a car within 30 metres of the water body's shoreline and for washing a car – under Part 3 of Article 15.35 of the Code of Administrative Offences of the Republic of Belarus (a fine of up to 20 base units). For littering – under Part 2 of Article 15.30 of the Code of Administrative Offences of the Republic of Belarus (a fine of up to 20 base units).
