In accordance with the Rules for Fishery Management and Fishing, the right to free amateur fishing by trolling from vessels with engines, in the reserve fund of fishing grounds, the list of which is approved by the Decision of the Vitebsk Regional Executive Committee dated 31.05.2023 No. 298 "LIST of water bodies where trolling from vessels with engines and (or) underwater hunting is permitted", is held by anglers who are members of the republican state-public association "Belarusian Society of Hunters and Fishermen".

In the fishing grounds leased (used) for fishery management during daylight hours, lessees may organize paid amateur fishing by trolling from vessels with engines. For issues concerning the organization of this type of amateur fishing, please contact the lessees of the fishing grounds directly.

When trolling from vessels with engines, the use of one lure or bait per angler is permitted.
