Amateur fishing using amateur fishing gear with a total number of hooks from 6 to 10 per angler is carried out in the fishing grounds of the reserve fund, as well as in fishing grounds leased exclusively for commercial fishing:based on a valid membership card of the RGOO "BOOR", if these citizens have it with them in the fishing grounds at the place of fishing and can present it;
based on a receipt or card-check in electronic form or on paper, indicating the methods of amateur fishing and the period of validity of the right to carry out amateur fishing by these methods.
Payment is made before the start of amateur fishing. The amount of payment is determined by the RGOO "BOOR".
Fishing with amateur fishing gear with a total number of hooks from 6 to 10 is carried out in all fishing grounds of the reserve fund, as well as in fishing grounds leased exclusively for commercial fishing.
Thus, when fishing with amateur fishing gear with a total number of hooks from 6 to 10 per angler, the angler must have a valid RGOO "BOOR" membership card with them in the fishing grounds at the place of fishing and be able to present it.
