Belarus is ready to support African countries in their pursuit of independence. This was stated by the President of Belarus, Alexander Lukashenko, during negotiations with the President of Equatorial Guinea, Teodoro Obiang Nguema Mbasogo, as reported by a BELTA correspondent.
"Africa is developing, the states of the African continent are gaining their independence. In other words, Africa is freeing itself from its colonial legacy. You should know that we are fully committed to this process and will support those states that wish to gain their independence," the Head of State assured.
"We are a technological country. And we are ready to transfer these technologies to your country and the African people. You will see something from us, you will get acquainted with our production facilities. And if you like something, if we are capable of something, if, from your point of view, we can help your state and Africa as a whole, tell us, and we will certainly do it," said Alexander Lukashenko.
