"You know that effective work with the public is an indicator of the professional competence of the leadership of both the region and the district, and of an individual enterprise. And complaints are an indicator of our shortcomings. Ideally, there should be none at all. Of course, such a result is the stuff of fantasy, but we should strive for it. This concerns work with citizens' appeals," said the President.
Alexander Lukashenko also named information and communication work as a no less significant area in the activities of civil servants. "We understand how important it is today to maximally and reasonably use the opportunities, including digital resources, to build interaction with the media. We see how information spreads instantly, sometimes the most blatant fakes, which creates a basis for social unrest. We see how important it is to respond promptly to disinformation, to explain the decisions made to the people, as well as to involve them in the management process, and to adequately respond to constructive initiatives coming from the people," said the head of state.
