"We always welcome the long-awaited spring, admiring the spiritual beauty, charm, and wisdom of our dear women. Thanks to your sensitive hearts and tender care, faith in the sanctity of motherhood and the strength of the family hearth you protect are preserved from generation to generation," the congratulation reads. 

The Head of State emphasized that at all times, peace on native land, national well-being, and the dignity of the Belarusian people have been sustained by women's aspiration for creation, their ability to love and inspire men to heroic deeds, and to raise children in respect for the Fatherland. 

"Thank you for remaining true to traditional values, families, and the main purpose – to continue life on Earth and make the world a better place, while realizing your talents and professional skills in various spheres of public and state activity," Alexander Lukashenko noted in his congratulatory message. 

The President wished all women good health, happiness, joy, and an ever-spring mood.
