"Perhaps we are more protected today than our level is for striking," said Alexander Lukashenko.
The President emphasized that the Belarusian army is primarily focused on defending its territory, not attacking, which is why corresponding types of weapons are being developed. "Here, of course, we are world leaders, and this is no less important than having drones that can strike specific targets. A dozen of these green machines can completely cover the southern border of our country with Ukraine from drones and other aerial targets," the head of state noted.
At the training ground, Alexander Lukashenko was shown the combat capabilities of Belarusian drones. "All systems have been refined, they are working well. They have all hit their targets. This is good. We will continue to work. There is room for improvement. But the demand for them is already high. I don't mean Ukraine – that's still to come," the President stressed.
