President of Belarus Alexander Lukashenko signed Decree No. 376, approving as a basis for negotiations the draft protocol on amendments to the agreement between the governments of Belarus and Turkey on mutual visa abolition dated March 29, 2013. BELTA was informed about this by the press service of the Head of State.

According to the draft international treaty, drivers and crew members of vehicles – citizens of Belarus and Turkey, engaged in international carriage of goods and passengers, shall be exempted from visa requirements for entry, exit, transit, and temporary stay in the territory of the other party's state for up to 90 days within any 180-day period (currently – up to 30 days, but no more than 90 days per year).

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs is authorized to conduct negotiations on the draft protocol and its signing.
