President of Belarus Alexander Lukashenko has approved, as a basis for negotiations, the draft intergovernmental agreement with Jordan on the avoidance of double taxation with respect to taxes on income and the prevention of tax evasion and the minimization of tax liabilities. The Head of State signed Decree No. 53 to this effect on February 10, BELTA was informed by the press service of the Belarusian leader.
The Ministry of Taxes and Duties is authorized to conduct negotiations on the draft agreement and to sign the document upon reaching an agreement within the scope of the approved draft.
