The Head of State, Aleksandr Lukashenko, congratulated the workers and veterans of the diplomatic service of Belarus on their professional holiday. BELTA was informed about this by the press service of the Belarusian leader. "The people have entrusted you with an important and honorable mission – to professionally defend national interests by representing the Fatherland, primarily through real achievements and significant foreign policy initiatives," the congratulatory message reads. The Head of State noted that a struggle for people's minds, markets, and resources is currently unfolding on all continents. "In these conditions, diplomats are required to bear great responsibility for their assigned area and focus on concrete results. The competence and patriotism of literally each of you are of particular importance," emphasized the Belarusian leader. The President expressed confidence that diplomats will continue to do everything possible to strengthen the authority of the Belarusian state in the international arena, develop trade and humanitarian ties, build relationships with foreign partners on the principles of equality and justice, and care for the well-being of their country and its citizens. Aleksandr Lukashenko wished the employees and veterans of the diplomatic service good health, peace, and success in serving their native Belarus.
