President of Belarus Alexander Lukashenko congratulated President of Tunisia Kais Saied and his compatriots on the national holiday – Independence Day. BELTA was informed about this by the press service of the Belarusian leader.
"It is impossible not to notice the active steps of your country towards further improvement and consolidation of the political system, as well as increasing the well-being of the population, supporting stability and security," the congratulation reads. "I am convinced that Tunisia will overcome all current challenges and continue to move forward confidently to ensure progressive socio-economic development and the successful construction of the New Republic."
The Head of State emphasized that Belarus is ready to supply necessary food and oil refining products, metallurgy products, agricultural and cargo machinery, and to implement joint projects in various sectors of the economy. The President also noted the opportunities for expanding bilateral cooperation in the fields of education, healthcare, and tourism.
Alexander Lukashenko wished Kais Saied success, and the people of Tunisia – peace and prosperity.
