The Head of State noted that over the years of its existence, Estonia has achieved significant success in its development, including in building an effective digital economy and ensuring a high level of education.
"Despite the complex political situation, Belarusian-Estonian relations demonstrate a positive dynamic of trade and economic interaction and the implementation of investment projects," the congratulatory message reads.
Alexander Lukashenko expressed confidence that the many years of good neighbourliness between Belarus and Estonia, the partnership ties between the cities and regions of the two countries, and the strong business, cultural, and humanitarian contacts will serve as a reliable basis for strengthening mutually beneficial bilateral cooperation in various sectors.
The President wished all residents of Estonia peace, prosperity, and progress.
