President of Belarus Alexander Lukashenko, during a working trip to the Mogilev region, familiarised himself with the state of affairs at the agricultural complex "Zarya", reports BELTA correspondent.

The conversation primarily focused on the financial and economic activities of the agricultural complex "Zarya". The State Control Committee identified some problematic issues in fodder storage prior to the Head of State's visit. Alexander Lukashenko drew the particular attention of the agricultural complex's General Director, Ekaterina Zarovskaya, to this matter.

Overall, the farm's operations are proceeding well. Profits are directed towards production development and equipment renewal. The average profitability for the farm is 6.6%, and in processing, it is around 12-13%. "Zarya" is also quite successful in cultivating various crops, which was the subject of a detailed discussion with the Head of State.
