"In the current situation, when the fundamental principles of international relations, security and stability in the world and the region are undergoing severe trials, Belarusian diplomacy faces difficult tasks of ensuring the sovereign future of the Republic of Belarus, forming favorable external factors for the sustainable socio-economic development of the country and strengthening the well-being of the people," the congratulation reads.
The Head of State emphasized that the activities aimed at expanding Belarus's cooperation with allies and partners abroad, increasing mutually beneficial trade, economic and humanitarian ties, and representing state interests in international organizations should be based on devotion to the Motherland and patriotism, high professionalism, and maximum dedication."I am confident that Belarusian diplomats will continue to work selflessly in the interests of strengthening Belarus's independence and sovereignty, and will do everything possible to enhance the position and authority of our country on the world stage," Alexander Lukashenko stressed.
The President wished the employees and veterans of the diplomatic service good health, well-being, and further success in serving the Fatherland.
