The document established a state commission to monitor the progress of preparation and conduct of entrance examinations in higher and secondary vocational education institutions this year, and defined its powers.

The commission includes members of the government and the Council of the Republic, deputies of the House of Representatives, heads of state administration bodies, representatives of public organisations, and employees of control bodies.
