President of Belarus Alexander Lukashenko has signed the law "On Amendments to Codes," prepared in execution of the Constitutional Court's decision of April 10, 2018, "On the Right to Judicial Protection of Interested Parties in Summary Proceedings." This was reported to BELTA by the press service of the Belarusian leader.

With the adoption of the law, the Economic and Civil Procedure Codes enshrine the right of a person whose legitimate interests are affected by a court order for summary proceedings to file a reasoned application with the court within 10 days for the full or partial cancellation of such an order. In doing so, it is necessary to substantiate one's objections and prove the fact of violation of rights and legitimate interests.
