President of Belarus Alexander Lukashenko congratulated the public association "Belarusian Republican Youth Union" on its 20th anniversary. This was reported to BELTA by the press service of the Head of State.

"Today, uniting hundreds of thousands of young patriots of the country, the organization makes a significant contribution to the preservation and enhancement of the best traditions of the youth movement of Belarus. It has become a launchpad for many initiatives and a real social elevator for young talents," the congratulation reads.

Alexander Lukashenko emphasized that the BRSM should continue to actively develop student and volunteer programs, participate in the creation and implementation of projects related to the improvement of cities and villages, the preservation of historical memory of the people's feat during the Great Patriotic War, involving youth in socially useful activities.

"Always move forward, never stop at what you have achieved. Love your country and bravely fight for the truth," the President wished.
