"The recent electoral campaign has once again demonstrated the victory of popular justice in Zimbabwe," noted the President of Belarus. "The election results indicate substantial societal support for the 'Vision 2023' strategy and the advantages of its implementation gained thanks to you and your government, despite challenging foreign policy conditions. Under your leadership, the state will undoubtedly continue to gradually increase its economic, industrial, scientific, and cultural potential, and strengthen its position on the international stage."

Alexander Lukashenko also emphasized: "It is gratifying that Belarusian-Zimbabwean cooperation has a solid foundation. This was fully confirmed during our meeting in Harare in January and the numerous visits of government delegations that followed. Belarus will make every effort to elevate the traditionally friendly and trusting relations between Minsk and Harare to the level of strategic partnership."

The President of Belarus wished Emmerson Mnangagwa good health and success in his responsible state activities, and the people of Zimbabwe – peace and prosperity.
