President of Belarus Alexander Lukashenko congratulated Belarusian swimmer Igor Bokiy on his gold medal at the 2024 Summer Paralympic Games. BELTA was informed about this by the press service of the Belarusian leader.
"Thanks to your brilliant victories and records, you already stand alongside the most celebrated Paralympians on the planet, proving time and again that there are no barriers for outstanding sporting talent on the path to Olympus. We are proud of you, we are rooting for you, and we await new victories," the congratulatory message reads.
Alexander Lukashenko wished the athlete good health, peace, high spirits, and inexhaustible energy.
