President of Belarus Alexander Lukashenko congratulated the staff of the Academy of the Ministry of Internal Affairs on the 65th anniversary of its establishment. BELTA was informed about this by the press service of the Belarusian leader.

"Glorious traditions of service to the Fatherland, combined with innovative teaching methods and a modern material and technical base, allow the university staff to train highly qualified specialists for the internal affairs bodies, as well as personnel with high scientific qualifications for departmental educational institutions," the congratulatory message reads. "Graduates of the police alma mater, possessing a solid wealth of knowledge, are an example of patriotism and professionalism, capable of honourably and with dignity fulfilling the tasks set for ensuring legality and law and order in the country."

The Head of State addressed special words of gratitude to the veterans who make a huge contribution to ideological work with young employees and form a principled civic stance in the younger generation.

Alexander Lukashenko wished the staff of the Academy of the Ministry of Internal Affairs and their loved ones good health, family well-being, peace and kindness, and new successes in service for the benefit of their native Belarus.
