"You once rightly noted: 'If you don't think about the future, it is very difficult to solve today's problems'. Guided by this principle, Azerbaijan has managed to achieve impressive success in socio-economic development, has become a strong and respected state, confidently defending its interests in the international arena," the congratulatory message reads.
The Head of State noted with satisfaction the progressive continuation of the strategic partnership relations that bind Minsk and Baku, and expressed confidence that the implementation of ambitious infrastructure projects will serve as a solid foundation for deepening multifaceted cooperation.
"I highly value your friendship, trust, support, and personal attention to the interests of Belarus. I fondly recall our meetings and sincerely hope to see you more often on the hospitable Belarusian land," Alexander Lukashenko emphasized.
