President of Belarus Alexander Lukashenko congratulated President of Ethiopia Taye Atske-Selassie on his 70th birthday. This was reported to BELTA by the press service of the Belarusian leader.
"You have dedicated your life to patriotic service to the Ethiopian people, to selfless advocacy of your country's interests on the world stage," the congratulatory message reads.
The Head of State noted the intensification of political dialogue between the countries, the strengthening of bilateral ties, the similarity of approaches to global agenda issues, and cooperation on international platforms, primarily the UN and BRICS.
"I confirm Belarus' readiness to expand partnership relations with Ethiopia and hope that in the near future we will launch cooperation projects in the fields of industrial cooperation, agricultural mechanization, education, culture, and others of importance to our states," emphasized Alexander Lukashenko.
The President of Belarus wished the President of Ethiopia health, happiness, and success in his responsible activities.
