"The domestic and foreign policy pursued under your leadership, aimed at the effective socio-economic development of Russia, enhancing its authority and influence in the world, enjoys broad and undeniable support from citizens. The results of the elections on the unified voting day of September 13, 2020, are a vivid confirmation of this," the congratulatory message reads.
Alexander Lukashenko noted that he highly values Vladimir Putin as a reliable friend of Belarus and a consistent supporter of expanding integration processes within the framework of the Union State, which fully align with the intentions of the two fraternal peoples to build a worthy future through joint efforts.
"I am convinced that the relations of strategic partnership between Belarus and Russia, based on long-standing traditions of friendship, solidarity, and mutual support, will continue to develop effectively," the head of state emphasized.
