President of Belarus Alexander Lukashenko, on behalf of the Belarusian people and himself, congratulated Rodrigo Paz Pereira on his election to the post of President of the Plurinational State of Bolivia. This was reported to BELTA by the press service of the Belarusian leader.
"Your country is a good friend and a promising partner for the Republic of Belarus in South America, with whom we maintain constructive, mutually respectful relations. I am confident in the significant potential for bilateral cooperation in trade, economic, scientific, technical, humanitarian, and other areas of mutual interest, which can only be successfully utilized through joint efforts and with the political support of both states," the congratulatory message reads.
"Belarus is ready for a real intensification of fruitful dialogue with Bolivia. I hope that in the near future we will be able to give a qualitatively new content to Belarusian-Bolivian relations," noted Alexander Lukashenko.
The President of Belarus wished the Bolivian colleague good health, inexhaustible energy, and success in his responsible state post, and the friendly people of Bolivia - peace and well-being.
