In 2020, the Kursk region adopted a Strategy for Socio-Economic Development until 2030. The President noted the readiness of the Belarusian side to participate in programs for the modernization of key sectors of the Russian region's economy. "I think that Belarus will find its place in the implementation of these plans," the head of state emphasized.

"We need to move from simple trade to the creation of joint ventures. The creation of joint enterprises seems promising, perhaps even starting with the assembly of equipment that will be needed in your region," said Alexander Lukashenko.

The President noted that Belarus has extensive and successful experience in cooperative interaction in the production of various types of equipment, from automotive to agricultural. "We can share our developments," he offered.
