"The long history of peaceful coexistence of our peoples and numerous human ties give us today a unique opportunity to significantly deepen cooperation in various areas," the congratulatory message reads.
The Head of State proposed that the Bulgarian leader work on joint projects in the trade, investment, and scientific and technical sectors, as well as in the fields of energy, logistics, education, and tourism. "We will be glad to welcome you to the hospitable Belarusian land to discuss a wide range of issues on the bilateral and international agenda," the President noted.
Alexander Lukashenko wished Rumen Radev good health, success in his responsible state post, and the Bulgarian people – peace and prosperity.
