"Belarusians and the Dutch were not endowed with rich natural resources and favourable climatic conditions, but we have managed to ensure the stable development of our states through exceptional diligence and ingenuity, as well as openness to contacts and interaction. In today's challenging conditions, we must listen to and understand each other more carefully, respect the interests of the parties and strive for peaceful coexistence," the congratulatory message reads.

Alexander Lukashenko emphasised that Belarus is focused on maintaining friendly relations, strengthening cooperation in the fields of culture, education, tourism, sports, and especially in the economy, where the countries have achieved significant success. "We invite you to write the modern history of Europe together with us, to ensure a secure future and prospects for normal development for future generations through cooperation," the President noted.
