President of Belarus Alexander Lukashenko congratulated employees and veterans of emergency response bodies and units on their professional holiday – the Fire Service Day of Belarus. BELTA was informed about this by the Press Service of the Head of State.

"Each of you has chosen a unique profession that demands special courage, bravery, and the highest level of competence. After all, the promptness and coordination of your teamwork determine not only the preservation of material assets but, most importantly, human lives," the congratulatory message reads. "You are always on high alert, always on duty, successfully countering the elemental force of fire and other dangers. This is precisely why Belarusian rescuers enjoy such trust and respect from our citizens."

The Head of State noted that emergency response bodies and units have everything necessary to promptly react to any emerging man-made and natural threats, to effectively address the tasks set, ensuring peace and tranquility in Belarus. "May it continue to be so," the President remarked.

Alexander Lukashenko thanked all current employees and valiant veterans who sacredly preserve traditions, remain true to their duty and Fatherland: "I wish everyone robust health, happiness, well-being, and good luck, and to your families – peace and kindness."
