President of Belarus Alexander Lukashenko congratulated the people of Bulgaria on their national holiday – Liberation Day. BELTA was informed about this by the press service of the Head of State.
"The history of relations between Minsk and Sofia spans several decades. The traditionally friendly and partnership contacts, based on trust, have been successfully strengthened for many years, contributing to the prosperity of our states," the congratulatory message reads. "I am confident that the spiritual closeness, sympathy, and respect between the Belarusian and Bulgarian peoples will help to resume constructive cooperation between our countries in the future, primarily in the trade and humanitarian spheres. The Belarusian side is ready for this."
Alexander Lukashenko wished the residents of Bulgaria peace, prosperity, and well-being.
