The Head of State, Aleksandr Lukashenko, on behalf of the Belarusian people and himself personally, congratulated the King of Thailand, Maha Vajiralongkorn, and all Thai people on their National Day. This was reported to BELTA by the press service of the Belarusian leader.
"Your country continues its successful socio-economic development, overcoming the negative consequences of the pandemic. Bangkok is confidently pursuing an independent foreign policy course, confirming its status as one of the leaders of Southeast Asia," the congratulatory message reads.
The expansion of the Belarusian-Thai dialogue, based on the principles of friendship and respect, and the enhancement of multifaceted mutually beneficial cooperation fully correspond to the interests of the peoples of the two countries, Aleksandr Lukashenko is confident.
The Head of State wished the King of Thailand good health and further success, and the people of this country - peace and prosperity.
