Alexander Lukashenko recalled that he had already visited Oman 17 years ago, and even then he met Haitham bin Tarik Al Said, who is now the Sultan of Oman. "He met me and accompanied me then. Therefore, we already know each other. And it was easy for us to conduct negotiations," the head of state shared.
