President of Belarus Alexander Lukashenko has departed on a working visit to Armenia, BelTA reports.
In Yerevan on November 23, the Head of State will take part in a session of the Collective Security Council of the Collective Security Treaty Organization. The event will be held in both narrow and expanded formats.
The leaders of the countries will discuss pressing issues of international and regional security, and the main outcomes of the CSTO's activities during the intersessional period. The summit participants will also consider a wide range of issues related to various spheres and areas of cooperation.
Considering the transfer of the CSTO presidency to Belarus in 2022-2023, Alexander Lukashenko will announce the priority areas on which joint efforts should be focused during this period.
