22 February, Grodno /Elena Stasyukevich - BELTA/. The most favourable conditions for the development of entrepreneurship in Belarus will be created by 2012. This opinion was expressed to journalists by the Minister of Taxes and Duties Vladimir Poluyan. Today in Grodno, he met with the work collective of OJSC "Gronitex", reports BELTA correspondent. According to the minister, it is planned that by this time all legislative acts necessary for business in Belarus will be fully operational. The main document optimising the activities of all entrepreneurship is Directive No. 4. "Within the framework of this programme document, several dozen specific acts will be worked out," emphasised Vladimir Poluyan. "They will allow to regulate all issues related to pricing, accounting and other matters directly concerning, among other things, the calculation of taxes by entrepreneurs." The minister stressed the undoubted benefit of meetings between officials and the public, and enterprise employees. "During such visits, various issues are discussed, and it becomes known what specifically concerns people. We take note of all this, taking people's opinions into account in our further work," noted Vladimir Poluyan. At OJSC "Gronitex", such a meeting was held for the first time. The employees' questions primarily concerned the future fate of the enterprise, to which the local RUPP "Grodnotextile" will be joined in the near future, specific tax benefits for the enterprise in connection with the reorganisation, further improvement of the tax base, and other topics. After the general meeting, the enterprise employees had the opportunity to ask the minister personal questions. In total, about 50 employees of "Gronitex" came to the meeting with the head of the department. -0-
