Residents of the district are increasingly turning to communication specialists. Almost every day, employees in this field receive dozens of orders from district residents. Anatoly Kuprevich, Head of the Lepel Electrical Communication Unit of the Glubokoye ZUES of the Vitebsk branch of RUP "Beltelecom", is known to almost all residents of the Lepel region.

– The main criterion of our work is the maximum satisfaction of citizens' requests, – notes Anatoly Vladimirovich. – Every resident of the district who has contacted us for a particular service should know that the necessary work will be carried out promptly and efficiently.
However, Anatoly Vladimirovich is not only able to organize the team's work at a proper level but also to delve into and help resolve citizens' social problems. It is no coincidence that Anatoly Kuprevich was elected as a deputy of the Lepel District Council of Deputies of the 25th, 26th, 27th, and 28th convocations.
– Since I am a deputy for the Pyshnyansky Electoral District No. 22, residents of rural settlements turn to me for assistance in clearing roads and laying water pipelines. I am actively working to improve the quality of communication services. In this direction, we actively cooperate with Nikolai Latyshev, the chairman of the Staysky rural executive committee. This year, in the territory of the Staysky rural council, we plan to reconstruct the network by laying fiber-optic cable to each subscriber. Thus, the agro-town of Stai and nearby villages will be provided with high-quality services at high speeds.
Anatoly Kuprevich has also passed on his love for working in the communications sector to his sons, who have become worthy successors to the family dynasty of communication workers. The elder son, Vladislav, graduated from the Vitebsk branch of the Educational Institution "Belarusian State Academy of Communications", then from the Belarusian State University of Informatics and Radioelectronics with a degree in "Telecommunication Networks" and is currently working as an engineer in the Lepel Cable Group of ETCС, which servesfiber optic local, zonal, and trunk lines. The younger son, Stanislav, received his specialization at the Educational Institution "College of Information and Communication Technologies" of the Educational Institution "Belarusian State Academy of Communications". While a student at BSUIR, Stanislav works as an engineer for the repair and maintenance of power supply units for telecommunications at the Republican Unitary Enterprise "Beltelecom" in Minsk.
– I believe that the main criterion for evaluating each leader is their ability to work with people. It is very important to be able to find an approach to each person and take all possible measures to solve social problems, – notes Anatoly Kuprevich, and behind these words are numerous deeds done by him for the benefit of the district.
